Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the lesson cost. Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 15 business days. Make-up Lessons Policy: Lessons canceled within the required notice period can be rescheduled based on availability. These make-up sessions must be arranged within one month of the missed class. No refunds will be given for missed Lessons if a make-up cannot be scheduled. Timeliness Policy: Riders are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session time to prepare. Consistent tardiness may result in the loss of lesson privileges or additional fees. Lessons will start and end promptly as scheduled. Payment Policy: All lessons must be paid for in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfers. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% of the total amount due. Non-payment of more than 5 business days will result in suspension from lessons until the balance is settled. Emergency Contacts Policy: Riders must provide current emergency contact information prior to participating in any activities. This information will be used only in case of an emergency.
